1. Swimming Pool — Access & Conduct

1.1 Registered guests of Maison Grès are entitled to access the common pool at no additional charge. This privilege is exclusive to guests holding an active reservation.
1.2 Visitors and non-registered individuals are strictly prohibited from using the common pool. Any visitor wishing to access the pool facility must pay the applicable entrance fee as set by the Resort at the time of visit.
1.3 Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the common pool area under any circumstances. This policy is enforced at all times for the safety and comfort of all guests.
1.4 Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing outside food or beverages of any kind into the common pool area. The Resort's food and beverage services are available for poolside orders.

2. Pool Safety & Liability Disclaimer

2.1 Maison Grès does not accept any liability whatsoever for any incidents, accidents, injuries, loss of life, or damage to personal property occurring within the pool areas or any other water facilities on the premises.
2.2 Guests enter and use all pool facilities entirely at their own risk. By checking in and signing this form, the guest explicitly acknowledges and accepts full personal responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any individuals in their group while using any pool or water facility.
2.3 The Resort strongly recommends that guests who are not proficient swimmers exercise caution and refrain from using the pool without appropriate supervision. The Resort does not provide lifeguard services and pool areas are not continuously supervised.
2.4 In the event of an incident, the Resort's staff will endeavor to provide reasonable assistance; however, this shall not be construed as an assumption of liability on the part of Maison Grès or its management.

3. In-Unit & Terrace Conduct

3.1 Smoking shisha (hookah) inside any guest unit, room, or enclosed space is strictly prohibited. Guests found violating this policy will be liable for any applicable cleaning fees and may be subject to immediate termination of their stay without refund.
3.2 The use of barbecue grills, charcoal equipment, open flames, or any outdoor cooking apparatus on the premises — including terraces, balconies, and common areas — is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Guests are not permitted to play personal music, use external speakers, or broadcast audio content on the terraces, balconies, or any outdoor areas of the Resort.
3.4 The only music permitted throughout the Resort's outdoor and common areas is the curated soundtrack provided and managed exclusively by Maison Grès. This policy is in place to ensure a consistent and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

4. General Resort Policies

4.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
4.2 Any damage caused to Resort property — whether intentional or accidental — will be assessed and charged to the guest's account. The security deposit may be applied toward the cost of such repairs or replacements.
4.3 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4.4 Maison Grès reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any material changes at the time of check-in.
